Regarding shipping

Aquarel is in partnership with La Poste and Mondial Relay for the shipping, returns and tracking of your packages. Orders placed before 2 p.m. are shipped the same day (excluding public holidays).

Delivery in France :

Colissimo (free delivery for orders <35€): Packages are delivered within 2 days from pick-up to delivery directly to your mailbox in France.

Colissimo (paid delivery €4.99 for orders >€35): Packages are delivered within 2 days from pick-up to delivery directly to your mailbox in France.

Delivery in Europe :

Mondial Relay (free delivery for orders <35€): Packages are delivered within 2 days from pick-up to delivery directly to your mailbox in France.

Mondial Relay (delivery €4.99 orders >€35): Packages are delivered within 2 days from pick-up to delivery directly to your mailbox in France.

* As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and confirming shipment.

Regarding returns

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. That is why we offer a return of your item for a refund.

Easy Returns within 15 days : We are happy to accept returns if your request is initiated within 15 days of receiving your order, the item has not been washed and remains in the condition in which it was sent to you, the label has not been removed or damaged, the hygienic protection is still present and the garment has not been worn. Your comfort and confidence in our products are essential to us.

To initiate a return or exchange : Please contact our customer service by email at hello@aquarel-swimwear.com . We will guide you through the return process, at your expense, and ensure that your request is processed quickly and efficiently.

* Your refund (excluding shipping costs) will be made within 7 days of the return of your order.

Regarding exchanges

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. This is why we offer an exchange of your item.

Easy exchange within 15 days : We are happy to accept exchanges for size if your request is initiated within 15 days of receipt of your order, the tag has not been removed and the garment has not been been worn.

To initiate a return or exchange : Please contact our customer service by email at hello@aquarel-swimwear.com . We will guide you through the referral process, at your expense, and ensure that your request is processed quickly and efficiently.

* Your exchange will take place within 7 days following the return of your order.

Order cancellation

We understand perfectly, we also change our minds sometimes!

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact our customer service hello@aquarel-swimwear.com so we can cancel it manually.

*Orders already shipped or pre-orders are non-cancellable.

How do I track my package?

Everything will depend on the carrier you chose when placing your order.

Interview guide

Rinse your bikini in cold water immediately after wearing it to remove chlorine, salt, and sunscreen residue. Recommend hand washing with lukewarm water or mild soap.

Dry your bikini flat in the shade. Avoid drying in direct sunlight as this may discolor the fabric. Never put your bikini in the dryer.

What about Aquarel shipping packaging?

All our bikinis are sent in a recycled plastic pouch with our logo as well as a fabric bag containing your new jewel.

*We allow shipping in a branded recyclable cardboard box for an additional cost.
