Shipping & delivery
All our orders are delivered directly to your home.
Processing time: Orders are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and/or pre-orders).
Shipping fees:
Free worldwide shipping on orders over €50.
For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies worldwide.
Delivery time:
Our delivery times typically range from 4 to 7 business days. However, delivery may occasionally take longer than expected. Unfortunately, such delays are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email allowing you to track your delivery in real time.
Returns & refunds
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
Your satisfaction remains our priority.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be strictly identical to their original condition.
If any of the following conditions are not met, the refund will be refused.
The return package must include:
- The swimsuit
- Its intact hygiene seal
- All original tags
- The original packaging pouch
Eligible items can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 7 days after the return has been received and approved.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sale periods are refundable only as store credit, which will be directly credited to your customer account.

No exchanges are allowed for this type of offer.
Refunds will be issued only as store credit once the return has been received and approved.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
You will need to place a new order for the desired size or model.
You may either wait for your refund or order immediately and return the initial item.

Care guide
Rinse your bikini in cold water immediately after wearing it to remove chlorine, salt, and sunscreen residue. Recommend hand washing with lukewarm water or mild soap.
Dry your bikini flat in the shade. Avoid drying in direct sunlight as this may discolor the fabric. Never put your bikini in the dryer.
