Shipping & delivery
Processing times
- Orders are prepared and shipped from our own warehouses in France and the Netherlands
- Processing time: 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation
- Weekends and public holidays are not counted in this timeframe
- Pre-orders are not subject to these timeframes — the estimated shipping date is indicated directly on the product page
Delivery timeframes
- Once shipped, your order will reach you within 5 to 7 days, regardless of your country
- Aquarel ships to every country in the world, without exception
- Occasional delays may occur — they are carrier-related and unfortunately beyond our control
Shipping fees
- From €50 of purchase → free shipping, worldwide
- Under €50 → flat shipping fee of €4.99, regardless of your delivery country
- One single rate, for every country — simple and transparent
Taxes & customs
- VAT is included in the price displayed on our website
- In the event of import taxes or customs duties required by your country, Aquarel covers them in full
- You pay nothing extra upon receipt of your parcel, wherever you are in the world
