Return, Refund & Exchange Policy


Timeframe & eligibility

  • All return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Returned items must be in their strict original condition — any item showing signs of use (stains, odours, makeup, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, etc.) will be refused
  • For hygiene reasons, any swimsuit whose hygiene seal has been removed or damaged cannot be returned

Return parcel contents

The parcel must include:

  • The swimsuit
  • The intact hygiene sticker
  • The original tags
  • The original packaging bag

Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense
  • Exception: in the event of an error on our part or a defective / damaged item, we will cover all return costs — a clear photo or video of the item will be required

Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not offered
  • If you wish to get a different size or style, you are welcome to place a new order immediately or after receiving your refund

Sale & promotional items

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are refundable as store credit only
  • "Buy 1 get 1 free" offer: no exchange is possible — store credit may be issued after validation of the return

Return process

  • Contact our customer service at support@aquarel-swimwear.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  • Once your request is approved, you will be able to send the items back to our return address

Refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, except for sale or promotional items (store credit only)
  • Processing time: 7 to 14 business days maximum after receipt and validation of the return
  • Initial shipping fees are not refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product

Important information

  • Any uncollected parcel automatically returned to us will be refunded exclusively as store credit — shipping costs incurred by Aquarel will be deducted from the amount
  • Aquarel cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (address, name, contact details, refused delivery) — no refund will be issued in such cases
  • If you notice an error before your order has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aquarel-swimwear.com
