I received my shipping confirmation but my parcel can't be found
This is completely normal. In some cases, the tracking number can take up to 4 days to update on the tracking platform. Your parcel is on its way — simply wait a few days before checking again.

Once shipped from our warehouses in France or the Netherlands, please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery, regardless of your country.

Our delivery timeframes are 5 to 7 days after dispatch. If this timeframe has not yet passed, your parcel is on its way — there is no need to worry.
