Aquarel has partnered with La Poste and Mondial Relay for shipping, returns, and tracking of your packages. Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day (excluding public holidays).

• Colissimo (free shipping for orders over €35): Delivery within 2 days from pickup, directly to your mailbox in France.
• Colissimo (paid shipping €4.99 for orders under €35): Delivery within 2 days from pickup, directly to your mailbox in France.

Delivery in Europe:

• Mondial Relay (free shipping for orders over €35): Delivery within 2 days from pickup, with final delivery to your mailbox within 5 days.
• Mondial Relay (shipping €4.99 for orders under €35): Delivery within 2 days from pickup, with final delivery to your mailbox within 5 days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and confirming the shipment.

Easy Returns & Exchanges Within 15 Days: We are happy to accept returns & exchanges if your request is initiated within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the swimsuit has not been washed, remains in its original condition, the tag has not been removed or damaged, and the hygienic protection is intact.
